<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claesifled into miners, tram-
<br />mers, timbermen, ore seeortare, mill men, teametera, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oY
<br />this section shall be turniahed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
