<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the ',
<br />postotfice address, the name oY tho claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district, ,
<br />together with the number of men employed, duectly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mars, timbarmen, ore aseortere, mill men, teamsters, ate. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commieaioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mive or mill in
<br />-- flue state, who fails to comply with the provieloae herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty presenbed to section 13 of this
<br />_ _ act, or to a fine oY not lees than twenty-five dollars (E25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied With, or both, at the discretion of the court.
