<br />8sorloN 20. Twentysecond.-That any..pereon "or persona operating any metalliteroae mine or mill and
<br />employing flue br more men, shall ieport: the same to the. Bureau of Mines and state wheh work'is com-
<br />mencedand when stopped, and mines worlnngg continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names. of the owners and managers or lessee m charge of said work, togetber with the
<br />poetoffice address, the name oC the claim or claims to be operated, the name oC the wunty and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermea, ore aeaortere, mill men, teamsters, eta .The necessary blanks to Harry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner,.agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provtetons hermD set forth, shalt be deemed guilty a1 a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a Ene of not lase than twonty-flue dollars (525.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($3W.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, ar both, at the discretion of the court.
