<br />BEOarsox 2A..: Twenty-second.-Thatangpexaon or persona operating any metalliteroue mine or mill and
<br />-employing fivtf oz more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mihea and state when work ie com-
<br />me¢ced and when stopped, and mines worki¢g continuously shall report ou or before December 1, oY each year,
<br />together with the names o4 the ~wvare ao managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />_ mere, timbermen, ore assortere, mill men, te¢metere, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commieeioaer oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a matalliPeroua mice or mill in
<br />this state, who 4aila to comply with the provisions herein set Yorth, shall be deemed guilty o4 a misdemeanor -
<br />. against this set, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of tbie
<br />act, or to a fine o4 not less than twenty-five dollars (52585.00); nor more than three hundred dollars (5300.00), for
<br />each and every provision n¢t complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
