<br />employingfive or 'more men, shall report the same .to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com- ~ , ~ `i
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oP each year,
<br />together with the names of-the owners an managers or lessee-in chargeo4'said work, together with the
<br />postofficeaddresa, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number o4 men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being elaesified into miners, tram-
<br />mers, timbermen, ore aseorters, .mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commieeioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Saile to comply with the provleiona herein set Porth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />aapninat this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty pxeaeribed in section 13 oP this
<br />sct, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars (825.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (8300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretiw of the court.
