7900 feet. The water supply is from tunnel. There is some
acatt.ering timber. A good county road connects mine with
railroad.

A good geological survey has been made of thin district.

The character oP the ore bodies is greatly varied. ~~ith
3 veins, strike N 87° ~, dip neari~• vertical, width oP
vein 3 feet, length 4500 feet height 700 foot. Character
of vein filling Quartz. All ore is smelting ore. The metals
are Golfl, silver and lead, prineiP'^ily sil~~er.

None. Surface transportation ie by wagon to railroad. a
distance oP 1~ mile e. The method of ore treatment is
smelting.

The powfler is Durchased as needed. A maximum of 50 pounds
is stored in a dug out about 200 feet from tunnel. A double
hot water boiler is used for thawing Powder.

The main opening is the Corbett tunnel, which is about
1800 feet song. Four other tunnels are being worked.
