<br />SECTIOR 7A. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or mill
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of 14fines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped,.and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with Ehe names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge oY said work, together with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operatod, the name of the county and mining
<br />district, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of Ehis section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who Fails to comply with the provisions herein set fm~th, shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherccise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act,. or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($?5. GO), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00); for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
