boen in use 10 months. Ti10ro is •a socket on the end of t
tho sable. This has not boon changed for 1B months.

The Bell Line is a 1~2 inch hemp rope attached to nn 8 inch
gong. The state codo of signals ie employed. This code
of signals is posted in the engino room, at the oollar
