The problems <br />should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given <br />to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />1. The currently posted Financial Warranty of $5,000.00 <br />appears insufficent to complete reclamation of the <br />proposed pit. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION:The Division will re-evaluate the <br />adequacy of the Financial Warranty. If it is <br />determined to be insufficent, the permittee will be <br />notified and required to post additional bond. <br />2.
