The problems should be corrected by the dates given or thev will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />The permit boundary markers were not in place, although they are required pursuant 5/25/01 <br />to Rule 3.1.12. PB or PV: PB <br />TOPICISI: SM <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must accurately locate and mark the permit _ , _ <br />boundaries, in a manner adequate to delineate the permit area, especially the active <br />Phases 1 and 2, and including the boundaries revised through the 1995 land <br />exchange, known as SL-O7 and TR-01. <br />Performing the locating and marking must be such that adequate evidence of the <br />completion of the corrective action is received by the Division by the date shown at <br />right. <br />2. The permit maps do not accurately show the entire, current permitted area boundary, 5/25/01 <br />nor adequately show the areas which have been affected by mining and/or reclaimed, PB or PV: PB <br />and no written description exists to be able to locate the boundary on the ground. TOPICISI: AR <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must submit a map which contains the entire, , <br />current permitted area boundary, tied to a locatable point or feature, and which <br />shows all mining-related features within or outside the permit area boundary. IA <br />written metes and bounds description of the permit boundary may be included on the <br />map to be submitted or as a separate exhibit.) <br />Performing the surveying and preparation of the maplsl and boundary description <br />must be such that they are received by the Division by the date shown at right. <br />3.
