', <br />This aerial inspection report is prepared by Byron G. Walker from two aerial photographs [63- <br />01-01-09-1(1) and 2(2) on file at the Division (the phh. otogrophs were also transmitted to the <br />permittee elecfronically)] taken by, and an oral defxiefing of, tvlr. Harry Ranney, <br />Environmental Protection Specialist of the Division. Mr. Harry Ranney advised that he saw <br />nothing amiss at the site. <br />+3 <br />Hvdroloaic Balance: There is snow over the bottom, but no water appears, in the <br />sedimentation pond [Photographs (2)]. The diversion across the reclaimed portal and <br />facTties area and the clear-water diversion ditch appear in both photographs. Although <br />obscured by snow, they appear to be in good repair.
