The operator was represented by Larry Chartier. Weather conditions on
site were clear and cool, with a few inches of snow on the ground. A permit sign is posted
at the entrance to the pit, and boundary markers are in place.
The 110c Mining and Reclamation Permit was issued to mine approximately nine acres. The only
area not reclaimed is in the south east corner of the pit where there is a stock pile of
material. There is no active mining taking place. It appears that the current bond of
$1,639.00 would be adequate to reclaim the remaining disturbance.
No problems were identified during the inspection.
I & S Contact Addrasa
NAME Mr. Larry Chartier
OPERATOR
STREET 21305 County Road 28.5
CITY/STATE/ZIP Brush, CO 80723
r CE
r' BL
j' FS
j' HW
j' HMWMD(CH)
j' SE
j' WQCD (CH)
Cc: Carl Mount; DMG Via e-mail
