This has been accomplished. <br />Your second recommendation was to grade slopes of top soil 3 <br />to 1 or less and seed with recommended seed mixture. Slopes have <br />been graded, however planting has not be achieved due to early <br />snows and frost. We respectfully ask for an extension until top <br />soil is workable.
