Banta. <br />Drvis~on Director <br />The Division checked the permit files for operations in the vicinity of the <br />one cited in your letter. There are three permits near NW/4, Section 6, <br />Township 14S, Range 91W: <br />1. M-82-154 SE,NW, Section 1, T145, R92W, Farnsworth Sand and Gravel. <br />2. M-78-169 NW, Section 12, T14S, R92W, Delta County. <br />3. M-77-022 $E, Section 31, T135, R91W, Delta Sand and Gravei. <br />All of these operations are located in the river gravel plain, below the high <br />water level.
