Permit number sign was posted as required, and the boundaries were marked and visible.
2. Approximately 3.5 acres ie currently disturbed, about 750' x 150'. THe highwalle of the
site are sufficiently set back from the boundaries for cut and fill grading to be feasible;
the maximum height of the highwalle is about 12 feet.
3. Adequate topsoil for reclamation of the current disturbance ie stored in the 400'x40'x6'
topsoil berm running along the east aide of the pit.
4. No erosion or sloughing is visible; the roads appear to be safe, and the runoff drains
into a natural gulch.
5. The bond appears adequate to reclaim the current level of disturbance.
No problems were noted at this time.
I & E Contact Address
NAME Jack Ouinn
OPERATOR Stone Foroe
STREET P.O.
