PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE The mining plan does not clearly define the maximum June 30, 7.995 depth of excavation in the dredge channel. Without PB or PV PB such a limit there is potential for impacts to the TOPIC(S) FIB, SC hydrologic balance ae well.ae offeite damage. Submit a cross-section with specific elevations which demonstrates the relationship between the maximum depth of excavation in the dredge channel and the top elevation of the low flow channel in the west channel of the Animas River. Define the maximum depth (elevation) to which extraction will occur. Please submit the cross-section and narrative in the form of a technical revision. The mining & reclamation plan does not include any Prior to future provisions for baseline or annual monitoring of the mining dredge channel and Animas River within the affected PB or PV PB area.
