During the inspection, I walked the southern <br />part of [he reclaimed area, tire 720 pit I observed two gullies that will need attention this year, one north west of <br />Pond A and the other at the top of Ditch PDI. Vegetation cover was fairly good in some areas with sevual <br />perennial gasses and forts coming in. Other areas are sparse with a high percent of an artnual mustard Blue falx <br />dominated the hill slopes. Thistles were scattered throughout the area. <br />All ponds had walta• in theta Recent maintenance work had occurred on Pond A <br />Jim Mossman was on site doing some mairu'n~nce work He had been in the Pit I area Jim said he would be <br />spraying for weeds in the near future and also working on the gullies. <br />I looked at the loadout in Waldrn. There is a pile of sheet metal from rocent building ranoval.ltte site was dry <br />with little water in the pond <br />
