The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> CORRECTION <br /> DATE <br />A Notice of the backfillirg and stockpiling of asphalt July 3, 1997 <br />material onsite must be submitted to the Division PB or PV PB <br />within 30 days. If an Operator intends to backfill TOPIC(S) ES . <br />inert structural material generated outside of the <br />approved permit area, it is the Operator's <br />responsibility to provide the Office notice of any <br />proposed backfill activity not identified in the <br />approved Reclamation Plan. The Notice to the Office <br />shall include but is not limited to: a description of <br />the approximate location and volume of the proposed <br />material storage; a signed affidavit that the material <br />is clean and inert, as defined in Rule 1.1(20); the <br />approximate dates the activity will commend and end; a <br />general engineering plan stating how the material will <br />be placed and stabilized in the final reclamation plan, <br />should it be necessary for the fill to remain onsite. <br />This is in accordance with the Colorado Mineral Rules <br />and Regulations Rule 3.1.5(9). <br />PB or PV <br />TOPIC(S) <br />PB or PV <br />TOPIC(S) <br />
