Also, <br />temporary wetland mitigation as described in the approved 404 Permit. <br />b) Reclamation plan map with permanent wetland mitigation as described in the <br />approved 404 Permit. <br />c) Proof that a Well Permit for this site has be obtained. <br />d) Proof that a Substitute Water Supply Plan has been approved. <br />e) Proof that a Discharge Permit has been approved. <br />f) An example of a monitoring well completion diagram. Bestway Paving is in <br />the process of installing two to three monitoring wells along the south boarder <br />of the property. Two or three existing wells will also be monitored for a total <br />of five monitoring wells.
