General Comments <br />The mine was operating. The west inlet downdrain has been reinforced with <br />concrete and a new chute has been installed. All sediment control systems <br />were functioning properly, there was about one foot of water in the sediment <br />pond. <br />A core drilling rig was being set up near the end of the explosives storage <br />access road, within the permit area.
