Access to site is down graveled road on land owned by the District after <br />passing by a locked gate (below area permit via No. 82-85). <br />2. Crusher was not on the site at the time of the inspection. <br />3. Mining is into vertical pit face. <br />4. Topsoil is stockpiled above the pit wall. <br />5. Gravel stockpiles located near the pit wall. <br />6. Access road crosses small stream. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1.
