The basis for this request is that the new strip of liner material <br />which is to be welded to the existing liner was not delivered to the mill until yesterday, <br />October 31, 1995. I am investigating the circumstances of this delay in delivery and will call you <br />tomorrow to supplement the voice mail message I left for you yesterday on this subject. <br />At this point, COM, Inc. does not know how long an extension to request.
