The dewotering pipe is equipped with a trash rack and antivortex <br />device. <br />-The 100-year ditch around the refuse pile appeared to be stable and in good <br />condition. No erosional problems were noted in the ditch at the time of the <br />inspection. <br />- The Iwo ponds at the loadout were dry at the time of the inspection. The pond <br />embankments were well vegetated and in good condition and showed no signs of <br />erosional problems. <br />Backfilling and Grading: -the backfilled facilities areas remain stable. No cracking or <br />setilin ; f:as b~ en observed in the backfilled areas. There were no erosional problems <br />observed on these areas. There have been several snow storms this winter and the <br />areas remain in good condition. <br />Miscellaneous: There has been a new disturbance at the loadout created by the <br />adjacent gravel pit. The gravel pit removed material and vegetation from a portion <br />of the east loadout.
