The Bite is kept in a state of "ready standby <br />status" until the market allows mine activation. When questioned if this seems to fall under <br />the category of "temporary cessation", he stated that the Division approved this type .and <br />level and schedule of activity through a response to the operator's 1990 letter to the <br />Division. These letters call this an "intermittent operation."
