Carter from the Division of Minerals and Geology, accompanied by <br />Tam Andixsam, tepresmtrng Oxbow Mmmg, hic., performed a pamal mspecpon of the Sanborn Creek <br />Mme.lbe weather was clear and cool during the inspection. <br />The new signs indicating the change in ownership have hem Teplaced at same of the mole accessible <br />lacatiaos. Please continua to change out signs as the areas become reachable. <br />• Runoff from constructions is being directed into the appropriate sedimentation ponds. <br />• Pend A c~nisins flee water at least eight inches below the primary discharge point. <br />• Pond B contains well below the primary discharge pipe. <br />• The east yard pond was dry at the time of this inspectia~n. <br />• 'Ibe mine pond was discharging clear water at the time of this inspection <br />• The substation three sedimentation pond was dry at the time of this inspectia~n. <br />• No wales except for the water from the mine pond was observed going off site. <br />Continua the regular sweeping of Highway 133 to prevent the excessive production of dust in the <br />cammrmity of Somerset. <br />
