Comrents also aescr:be any enforcement actions taken during <br />the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology. This former, contour strip operation is bond revoked. Inspection <br />frequency is quarterly, with one complete inspection each year. Ground condition <br />on this day were variable due to snow cover. The weather was mild for early <br />winter. Access to the south was limited due to snow. <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />Ponds 15-P12 and 15-P11 each held a small amount of frozen water. Ponds 15-P2 and <br />15-P2Q were also found 'ti full and frozen. All embankments appeared normal and no <br />damage was observed. The previous inspection in September documented dovmcutting <br />in the ditch north and east of the reclaimed area of pond ]5•P1. The photograph <br />below further documents this downcutting. This photograph was taken from the <br />concrete box culvert along the county road and looks back toward the north at the <br />section photographed in September. Downcuttinq is nearly five feet in some places <br />
