A • (Page 2) • <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-80-110 <br />INSPECTION DATE 9/23/99 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS CLK <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was done as part of a succession of operator action, in order to confirm that <br />no problems existed at the site at this time. Due to the permit being transferred to a <br />government agency, no evaluation of the bond was necessary. <br />Signs and boundary markers were posted at the site in accordance with the rules, and the site <br />area was secured by fencing and a locked gate. This site consists of one 43 acre pit at this <br />time. Topsoil has been salvaged in accordance with the permit, but significant grading around <br />the lake remains to be done, and no permanent seeding appears to have taken place. At this <br />time, most of the slopes are less than 2H:1V, and they will need to be graded down to 3H:1V <br />before the site can be released. <br />Some trash and building materials have been stored on the eastern side of the site, along <br />with a screen set-up.
