Colorado. The pit is accessed from the north side of the Highway by an <br />existing ranch road. and is identified by a sign located at the turn-off from the highway- <br />2 Sign: Located at the entrance to the orooertv.looks good. <br />3 Boundaries: Four markers were located which appeared to be boundary markers. They delineated an area <br />approximately 430 feet north-south. and 830 feet east-west containing approximately 8.2 acres. The boundary <br />markers did not appear to contain the entire operation. The load out area where a loader loads from the <br />stockpile into trucks appears to be north of the boundary. This item is noted as a problem and will be discussed <br />further on the following sheet. <br />4 Groundwater: The mine is permitted as a dry operation with no effect upon groundwater. Two bonds were <br />noted on the site that appear to be exposed groundwater.
