The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible iolations. The possible <br />violations should 6e corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the fined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions tak n. <br />PR08LEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />The permit boundary markers were not visibly posted, and the boundary was not <br />adequately delineated at the site. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />Pursuant to Rule 3.1.12, the operator must install markers adequate to delineate the <br />permit area boundary. The operator must submit evidence to the Division that the <br />markers have been installed, by the date shown at right. <br />The maps in the file do not accurately reflect the disturbance on the ground. <br />~DARECTION <br />/26 99 <br />B or PV: PB <br />OPICISI: SM <br />17(99 <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Pl~or PV: PB <br />The operator must prepare and submit new maps showing all mining-related T PIGS): AR <br />disturbance, by the standards described in Rule 6.2.1, and including the applicable <br />items described in Rule 6.3.5.
