PR08LEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS The permit boundary markers were not visibly posted, and the boundary was not adequately delineated at the site. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Pursuant to Rule 3.1.12, the operator must install markers adequate to delineate the permit area boundary. The operator must submit evidence to the Division that the markers have been installed, by the date shown at right.
