r~ III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Hamilton Mine for the month of September, 2000. <br />ROADS: It could not be determined if the requested bar ditches have been installed on the retained haul <br />road as of this day. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: All ditches and culverts appear to be clear and capable of functioning as <br />designed. Pond A and 8 were dry at the time of the inspection. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS: The site's vegetation is doing well in most locations. The easterly portion <br />of the mine still continues to improve but is substantially less than the western side. The site is very <br />stable as far as erosion is concerned. <br />
