Hochstein <br />Jim Fisher <br />Central Files <br />International Uranium (USA) Corporation (the "Operator") hereby notifies the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology (the "Division") that the outstanding Corrective Action item for <br />placement of Affected Area boundary markers for the Sunday Mine, Permit M-1977-285 (the <br />"Permit"), has been completed. <br />This Corrective Action item was specified in the Inspection Report for the site inspection <br />conducted December 18, 2001. The time lapse required to resolve this Corrective Action is <br />attributable to the necessity for the Division and Operator to work together to establish and <br />concur on the Affected Area. <br />Placement of boundary markers was conducted during the week of November 10. Boundary <br />markers are steel re-bar, hammered into the ground and which have had the top painted <br />fluorescent orange.
