For all weed control issues, an adequate plan must be <br />submitted to this office, which will become part of the permitted mining and <br />reclamation plans. <br />The weed control plan must be prepared and submitted to this office by the date <br />shown at right. Ilt must be implemented as described in the next paragraph.) <br />All treatment to the soil (earthwork and seeding vs. herbicide spray, for example, <br />depending on which problem is affecting the soil) must be performed, and written <br />evidence submitted to this office.
