(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: _Lnn <br />INSPECTION DATE: > >-~d_n~ INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: inn <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was made in response to a request from Albert Frei and Sons for a partial release (acreage <br />reduetionl from reclamation responsibility Ben Frei accompanied me on the inspection The entire permit area <br />was observed. <br />This permit area was last inspected on March 13. 2003. Two problems were noted during that Inspection. <br />2. <br />include a lake in the final reclamation. The water augmentation plan is the responsibility of the <br />landowner. <br />regarded the slope and it is now satisfactory The regarded slope has been re-seeded and small grass plants <br />were observed. <br />Mr Frei stated that he is working towards geftina the landowner to complete their resaonsibility regardtna a <br />some level. <br />along the Fulton Ditch and the re-vegetation of the area on the request map colored green The map provided <br />_with the request was not colored However it is possible to determine from the inspection and a black and <br />white copy of the map that at least two areas that are requested for release are not adequately reclaimed <br />An area of shoreline about 300 linear feet along the Fulton Ditch and an area of shoreline on the east most <br />portion of the pit also about 300 linear feet are not adequately re-vegetated Because these areas are not <br />vegetated and other areas requiring re-vegetation work total about 5.5 acres. <br />The reclamation plan requires the planting of trees and shrubs. However, there is no requirement for the <br />requirement will be completed. <br />During the Inspection Ber Frei stated that the company only wanted to be released from any further grading or <br />
