This operation would most likely be under the name of Zadel. It appears to be a <br />mining operation, however, no one in the immediate neighborhood was ever aware of a public <br />notice to this regard. <br />It is my understanding that the Division of Minerals and Geology would be able to tell us the <br />official nature of this operation and relevant particulars as to the permit if there is one. Obviously, <br />there are concerns since most, if not all ,of the surrounding neighbors were ever able to review the <br />application or comment on it. <br />Sincere]y yours, <br />~.~ <br />Linda E.
