Corrective action recommended includes: <br />1. Realignment of the permit boundary markers in accordance with information from <br />the GPS map, completed by Lincoln County on 06/15/00. <br />2. Submission of a technical revision to the application, whicfi replaces the cprrent map <br />showing the existing disturbances and features of the mining operation. The technical <br />revision shall include elimination of the sediment control dam from the on finally <br />submitted Exhibit E Mining Plan Map.
