Or submit <br />evidence that the current facility is adequately constructed to contain the entire <br />volume of the tank plus 33%. <br />As, I stated to you, this containment requirement is inconsistent with the requirements of the <br />Clean Water Act's -Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure's plan (SPCC). We <br />understand that this is something the DMG will be working on to amend/address in their <br />Spill Policy. We look forward to working with the DMG on addressing these issues in the <br />Spill Policy to make them consistent with the requirements already enforced by the CDPHE <br />and EPA. The extension should provide adequate time to address this issue with Colorado <br />Rock Products Association and the DMG. Please call me if you have any questions.
