To transfer each site to Southdown, Inc. you will need.to <br />submit an SO application form, a new Performance Warranty and a <br />new reclamation bond for Southdown, Inc. On page 1 of the actual <br />SO application if you choose Option A the Division will not <br />transfer the permit to Southdown, Inc. for approximately 60 to <br />allow us to recalculate the reclamation bond requirement for each <br />site, if you choose Option B the Division will transfer the <br />permits within 30 days and then calculate the bonds after the <br />permits are Southdown, Inc.'s responsibility. <br />If you have any questions regarding the transfer process, please <br />do not hesitate to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />,~~~,~. ,~_ Cry <br />Barbara D.
