This inspection was in response to a permit application for anew 112c permit. Present at the inspection were Kate <br /> Pickford, DMG, and Bob Condon,Western Equipment &Truck, Inc. Weather at the time of inspection was clear and <br /> about 80 degrees. <br /> 2. The northwest corner of the site was mined historically and has been reclaimed as a wetland. This portion of the <br /> permit area will remain undisturbed during mining-under the current permit application. <br /> 3. Access onto the permit area was via a roadway entering from the northwest. The current permit application does not <br /> depict the road on the pre-mining map, and there are no specifications in the reclamation plan that the road will <br /> remain. <br /> 4. Scotch Thistle is prevalent on the site. <br /> 5.
