Old Sffita Highway 133 had not lien plowed at the time of this inspection.
Even with the cold and snow, the west spring at the east portal was flowing saaoss the highway.
This is pertie9y caused by the movement of the soil above the highway, and because the Cobredo
Department of Trarteportation has not putted the barrow dlh;h 1n krebb the Clow to reach the culvert.
