PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE The permit boundary markers were not observed, so the limits of the permitted area 11/30/05 and its disturbance could not be identified. Proof of marking the boundary, including photos, must be received by the office by the date shown at right. 2. There is oil-contaminated soil and lack of lined secondary oil containment at the site, 12/15/05 which has degraded the soil and may have degraded the groundwater.
