The log even
though adequate could use some improvements to include additional information about the
pad.
Inspected the Phase I, II, II&IV Leach pad areas and collected the following readings from
the High and Low Volume Solution Collection Transducers.
Phase I High Volume Solution Collection Transducer #1 was recorded at 7.0 (read out meter
still not functioning) #2 was at 50.1 and # 3 was at 51.4 piezometer for the pond was at
56.7 feet. Low Volume solution collection transducer #1 was recorded at .27 and # 2 was at
.53. Phase II &222 High Volume solution Collection transducer # 4 was recorded at 24.6 #
5 was at 19.6 and # 6 was at 25.7, piezometer for the pond was at 29.1 feet. Low volume
transducer # 1 was at. and #2 was at.
Phase IV High Volume solution Collection Transducer # 7 was recorded at 29.7, #B was at
31.2, #9 was at 34.3 and # 10 was at 32.9. Low Volume transducer # 1 was at 18.4 and # 2
was at 6.3 inches of hydrostatic head.
Inspected the External pond, it was holding a small amount of what appeared to be frozen
water .Low volume Solution Collection transducer # 1 for the pond was recorded at 12.8 and
# 2 was at 11.3 inches of hydro static head.
Inspected the under drain area, both the south and 4 inch pipes were discharging.
