III. Comments/Compliance <br />This was a inspection conducted by Jim Burnell of CDMG based on air photos taken on 21 <br />November 2006. <br />There was scattered snow cover across the main mine site. The road appeared in good <br />condition. <br />Pond A was filled frozen over. There was no evidence of discharge and the dam appeared <br />stable. <br />Pond B was also frozen over with some drifted snow. The dam appeared stable and there <br />was no evidence of discharge. <br />The pond C reclamation appeared stable. <br />Pond D was frozen over with drifted snow and the dam appeared stable. There was no sign <br />of discharge. <br />The slopes and the pad at the facilities area were stable with no erosion. <br />The slopes of the 720 pit area and the Marr pit area appeared stable. <br />
