III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. This agreement will be <br />reviewed once it is received by our office and hopefully it can be <br />signed soon so that this knapweed infestation can be treated this <br />spring/summer. <br />The areas where additional backfill work was required over the old <br />portals appears to be holding up well. The sediment pond was not <br />included in the aerial photographs. <br />
