The existing financial warranty is not sufficient to complete the reclamation plan for February 21, 2003 <br /> current mining disturbances. The permit is not in compliance with Rule 4.2.1(1). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Submit on or before February 21, 2003 a replacement PB or PV: PB <br /> warranty of$143,700 or a supplemental warranty of$111,700. TOPIC(S): FW <br /> 2. There are infestations of knapweed, a noxious weed, throughout affected land January 31, 2003 <br /> surfaces at the Nelson Pit. There is no evidence of a specific control plan for <br /> knapweed in the mining and reclamation plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Submit on or before January 31, 2003 a weed control PB or PV: PB <br /> plan for knapweed in the form of a technical revision. The weed control plan TOPIC(S): RV <br /> should include specific control measures to be applied and a schedule for when <br /> the control measures will be applied. <br />
