This work has been completed <br />and photographs are included with this letter. <br />When those markers were placed it became evident that waste rode had been pushed outside the <br />eastern boundary some time ago. An area approximately 60 ft. x 50 ft. (0.07 acre) in size was <br />affected. Once discovered, Colorado Lien Company took immediate action to move that material <br />bads within the pennR area. This job has also been completed and the area seeded. <br />4 <br />Photographs have also been incuded of the entrance to the edit located on this property. These <br />photographs were taken on June 11, 1999. Someone has recently improved the entrance to this edit <br />and another one which is loceted approximately 50 ft. east of the east boundary. Steel gates have <br />been placed across these openings and a lode is in place to restrict access.
