--: u- <br />INSPECTION REPORT - PAGE 2 <br />FILE N0. 80-020 <br />DATE: June 7, 1985 <br />OBSERVATIONS OF IMPORTANCE: <br />1. Entire permit area is disturbed. <br />2. Sufficient topsoil is piled outside of west boundary line. <br />3. Operator has been in contact with the Division concerning the need for a <br />major permit amendment. <br />4. Operator has mined to fence line along Highline Canal (E) and south fence <br />line. Slopes are at angle of repose and vertical. <br />5. Operator indicates that slopes will be no steeper than 3H:1V in amendment. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1. Amendment must be submitted within 60 days of June 7, 1985. <br />2. Amendment must include 4 copies of application with maps and exhibits <br />which conform to Rule 2 of Minerals Rules and Regulations. <br />3. Each exhibit should be amended at this time to reflect current and future <br />plans and needs. <br />4. Be sure to include all stockpile areas, roadways, structures, equipment <br />storage and excavation areas within the permit area. <br />ygt <br />Doc. No. 1179 <br />
