ORIGINAL - POBLIC FILE <br />(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: nn_IOa~_n~~ <br />INSPECTION DATE: lJ~l/n5 INSPECTORaS INITIALS: <br />OBSERVATION <br />The inspection was conducted in order to monitor compliance of the <br />operation with the requirements of the Rules and Regulations as part of <br />sites to be inspected during the fiscal year 2005-2006. <br />Acceptable ID sign and boundary markers properly posted. The site was not <br />active at the time of the inspection. There was a small amount of processed <br />material located east of the active mining area. The site was amended in <br />1999 to the maximum 9.9 acres. As with most of the dry gulch permits, which <br />are in intermittent status, this one is also used on as need basis. Channel <br />embankments appeared stable no significant erosion features due to mining <br />activity was noted at the time of the inspection.
