a • <br />r~ <br />V. Status of Problem Resolution <br />The following Items concern problems Identified at previous inspections. <br />Problems are classified Into two categories. These are: (1) problems <br />resolved; and (2) operator delinquent. The date that the problem 1s <br />resolved or the date that the operator is deemed delinquent is to be <br />clearly stated. <br />PROBLEMS RESOLVED <br />002-80-1. Complete records, as described in Section III, are not on <br />file at the mine office. These records should be on file at the mine by <br />June 27. 1983. <br />The permit application and the majority of the records were <br />at the mine at the time of the June 27 lnspectlon. Those <br />which still need to be put on file are 1) the 1983 water <br />quality monitoring records; 2) an engineer's certification <br />of proper construction of the sediment pond; and 3) a copy <br />of the Federal coal lease. <br />002-BO-2. The breach 1n the berm Immediately downslope from the <br />loadout must be repaired by June 27. 1983. <br />The breach had been repaired at the time of the June 27 <br />lnspectlon. <br />OPERATOR DELINQUENT <br />No operator delinquent problems were identified. <br />
