No erosional <br />problems were noted in the ditch at the time of the inspection. <br />-The SAE at the South Fan (silt fence) was in place and appeared to be functioning <br />as designed. <br />Hydrologic Balance (cont.): -The SAE at the Newlin Creek topsoil stockpile (silt fence) <br />was in place and appeared to be functioning as designed. <br />-The two ponds at the loadout were dry at the time of the inspection. The pond <br />embankments were well vegetated and in good condition and showed no signs of <br />erosional problems. <br />Backfilling and Grading: -The backfilled facilities areas remain stable. No cracking or <br />settling has been observed in the backfilled areas. There were no erosional problems <br />observed on these areas. <br />
