The permit for the mine has <br />been revoked and the bond forfeited. <br />The main access road to the site did not appear to have further degraded where rock <br />has fallen into the roadside ditch, causing flow to go around the blocked portions of <br />the ditch. It did not appear that the ditch had cut into the road. <br />The pond on the portal bench was dry. The Coal Sales area pond held water. <br />Vegetation in the reclaimed areas appears to be adequately controlling erosion in that <br />no erosional features were observed.
